Lockout service for letterboxes – 74379

Is the letterbox in Ingersheim (74379) stuck, or is the key gone? ikeytz opens it and changes the lock. We tell you on the phone what it costs.

A single letterbox on a house, or a bank of letterboxes in a block of flats? Is there still a key? Should a new lock be fitted? With this information we can tell you the price.

We come to Ingersheim, about 10.2 km as the crow flies from the ikeytz office in Adalbert-Stifter-Straße. A letterbox is rarely an emergency; we will find an appointment, ideally Monday to Friday during the day. Tell us whether it is Großingersheim or Kleiningersheim.

There is no list price for letterboxes. We tell you a fixed price on the phone before we set off. No ‘from’ price, no surprises on site.

We only open letterboxes that have your name on them or that you are entitled to open. Afterwards we change the lock if you like.

With many letterboxes, the lock can be opened without damaging the flap. Sometimes it is easier to destroy the old lock and fit a new one. We tell you that in advance, together with the price.

In blocks of flats, a letterbox in a shared unit usually belongs to the owner. A new lock should match the unit. We clarify this with you beforehand.

Is your name on the letterbox? Do you have an ID card or passport? Single box or bank of letterboxes? Inside in the hallway or outside on the wall? Does the property management have a spare key? Should a new lock be fitted? With this information we tell you a fixed price on the phone before we set off.

Banks of letterboxes often belong to the landlord. A new lock should match the unit; we check this in advance.

It can make sense to keep your letterbox key separate from your flat key; then you do not lose everything at once.
