Find a bright, safe place: the stairwell, a neighbour, your car. Keep your phone on. Tell us whether you only pulled the door closed or locked it.
At night in Ingersheim
Ingersheim is on the Neckar between Freiberg, Pleidelsheim and Bietigheim, made up of Großingersheim and Kleiningersheim. Typical there are houses in lower-lying Großingersheim and in higher-lying Kleiningersheim. At night, an open stairwell or a light at the door helps us find you. Tell us whether it is Großingersheim or Kleiningersheim.

How it works at night
You call, we confirm the price of 149 €, we travel to you, open the door quietly via the latch and take a quick look at your ID. Then you can go to bed.
Why a different price applies at night
At night, at weekends and on public holidays we work outside normal hours. There is a separate fixed price for this. The work on the door is the same as during the day: opening via the latch, without damage.
Public holidays count like Sundays
Public holidays in Baden-Württemberg count as night for the whole day, as do Saturdays and Sundays. A bridge day (Brückentag) from Monday to Friday, on the other hand, is a normal day with the daytime price.
Spotting a reputable service
A reputable emergency service tells you the total price on the phone. Ask questions if you are only given prices that start with “from”.
Checklist for the night
A safe place to wait? Phone charged? Only pulled shut? Key inside? Then it is 149 €, and we set off as soon as you say yes.
Common mistakes at night
Climbing over a balcony or through a window. Calling a company from an advert without agreeing the price. Waiting alone on a dark street.
The next day
Leave a spare key with neighbours or family. If your key is lost, you can have the cylinder changed during the day at the daytime price.
