Lockout service for offices – 71672

Office in Marbach am Neckar shut, key forgotten, and the client is about to arrive? We open office doors at a fixed price. If the door is built like a flat door, the list price applies; for master key systems we quote a separate fixed price in advance.

We only open offices for owners, management or people with written authority. Have your ID card or passport ready and, if possible, the tenancy agreement or the business registration (Gewerbeanmeldung).

Marbach am Neckar lies on the Neckar north-east of Ludwigsburg, with an old town on the spur above the river. There you typically find houses in narrow old-town lanes and 1970s houses in the estates on the slope. For offices in commercial buildings the main entrance is often locked too; tell us whether we can get into the building. In the old town, please tell us where we can stop briefly.

If the door is built like a flat door: slammed shut Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm 99 €, Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 149 €; locked 129 € or 179 € respectively. Master key systems, multi-point locking, glass or smoke-protection doors: fixed price by phone in advance.

Wednesday, 9 am, door slammed shut: 99 €. Wednesday, 9 am, locked: 129 €. Wednesday, 10 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We only open once it is clear who is entitled. After that you can start work straight away. Extra work only after you say yes.

Some office doors have a panic function: from the inside they can always be opened, even when locked. From the outside you need a key or a card. Such locks are not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.

Commercial premises are often part of the building’s master key system. A single cylinder change must then be agreed with the landlord. We give you the price for both options beforehand.

Tell us by when you need to be in the premises. We tell you on the phone when we can expect to be there. If that is too late, rearrange your appointments rather than forcing the door open.

Letting an employee without written authority place the order. With a master key system, only changing your own cylinder without asking the landlord.

A spare key with the management or in a key safe saves time next time.
