Emergency locksmith for older people – 71672

An older person in Marbach am Neckar has locked themselves out, or your mother can’t get back into her flat? We open the door calmly and without damage. We tell you the price on the phone, so there are no surprises.

If someone inside the flat does not respond, has fallen or is calling for help, dial 112 straight away. In emergencies the fire brigade opens the door itself. We are there for cases where nobody is in danger.

Marbach am Neckar is on the Neckar north-east of Ludwigsburg, with an old town on the spur above the river. Typical buildings there are houses in narrow old-town lanes and 1970s houses in the estates on the slope. We ask to see an ID card or post with the address, so we are sure we are opening the right door. In the old town, please tell us where we can stop briefly.

Door opening, door slammed shut: Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm 99 €, Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 149 €. Locked: 129 € or 179 €. No surcharge for older people, no call-out fee within the service area.

Wednesday, 10 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. Wednesday, 2:30 pm, door slammed shut: 99 €. Sunday, 12 pm, locked: 179 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Arrive, introduce ourselves, confirm the price, open the door. Look at the ID card or post. No extra work without your yes.

If a care service comes regularly, a key safe on the wall is a help. With a home emergency call service (Hausnotruf) you can often leave a key. Both save valuable time in an emergency.

Sadly, there are dubious firms that put older people under pressure at the door. Always ask for the total price before any work starts. Do not let anyone talk you into extra work. With us, the price we give you on the phone is the price that applies.

The person’s name and address, a phone number on site, slammed shut or locked, any health problems, who is waiting at the door. In danger: 112. Otherwise call us, and we tell you the price.

Don’t let anyone talk you into work you didn’t order. Always ask for the total price first. Don’t sign anything you don’t understand.

A spare key with neighbours or relatives helps next time. A key safe on the wall is an option if carers visit.
