Lockout service for basements – Marbach am Neckar

Whether it is a cellar door in a block of flats or a storage unit with a padlock in Marbach am Neckar: we come to you as a mobile service and open it, without damage wherever possible.

Is it the door to the cellar corridor or your own storage unit? Is there a cylinder or a padlock? Is the cellar part of the building’s master key system? With this information we can tell you the price.

Cellar doors vary a lot, from a wooden slatted partition to a steel door. In Marbach am Neckar you typically find houses in narrow old-town lanes and 1970s houses in the estates on the slope. In the old town, please tell us where we can stop briefly.

If the door is built like a flat door: slammed shut Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm 99 €, Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 149 €; locked 129 € or 179 € respectively. Padlocks, storage units and special locks have no list price; for these we tell you a fixed price in advance.

Sunday, 3 pm, locked: 179 €. Thursday, 11:15 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. Thursday, 1 pm, door slammed shut: 99 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Look at the door, confirm the price, open it. For shared doors we have a quick word with the property management if needed.

Cellar doors to the stairwell are often fire doors that close by themselves. They must not be kept open permanently. If you often need to go to the cellar, always take your key with you.

For your basement storage unit, your ID card or passport together with your tenancy agreement or the name on the unit is usually enough. If anything is unclear, we ask the property management.

Shared cellar door or your own storage unit? Cylinder or padlock? Does the caretaker or the property management have a key? Is there something urgent in the cellar, such as medication or tools for water damage? With this information we plan the appointment and the price.

We only open other people’s storage units with proof of entitlement. Have your tenancy agreement or other proof ready.

Valuables do not belong in the basement. A good padlock with a hardened shackle is not much effort.
