For your basement storage unit, your ID card or passport together with your tenancy agreement or the name on the unit is usually enough. If anything is unclear, we ask the property management.

If water is running in the cellar and the door is shut, first call the property management or an emergency plumber. We open the door if nobody has a key; we tell you the price in advance.
