Emergency locksmith for older people – 74391

For older people in Erligheim, it matters that nobody puts pressure on them at the door. With us you get the price first, an explanation of every step and an invoice.

Call us with the name and address. Tell us whether the person is waiting outside and whether the door has slammed shut or is locked. Ask a neighbour to stay with the person.

Erligheim is in the Stromberg hills between Bönnigheim, Freudental and Kirchheim am Neckar. Typical buildings there are houses on the edge of the village and older houses near the old wine press. We ask to see an ID card or post with the address, so we are sure we are opening the right door. At night it is dark between the vineyards. A light at the door helps us find you.

Door opening, door slammed shut: Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm 99 €, Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 149 €. Locked: 129 € or 179 €. No surcharge for older people, no call-out fee within the service area.

Wednesday, 4 pm, door slammed shut: 99 €. Wednesday, 4 pm, locked: 129 €. Wednesday, 10 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Arrive, introduce ourselves, confirm the price, open the door. Look at the ID card or post. No extra work without your yes.

Older people often just pull the door shut when taking out the rubbish or emptying the letterbox. Then only the latch has clicked into place. We can usually open this without damage. A key left in the cylinder on the inside can make the work harder; tell us if it is there.

Sadly, there are dubious firms that put older people under pressure at the door. Always ask for the total price before any work starts. Do not let anyone talk you into extra work. With us, the price we give you on the phone is the price that applies.

If the person is standing outside in winter or important medication is in the flat, tell us. Ask neighbours to bring the person inside until we arrive.

Don’t let anyone talk you into work you didn’t order. Always ask for the total price first. Don’t sign anything you don’t understand.

A spare key with neighbours or relatives helps next time. A key safe on the wall is an option if carers visit.
