Locked out at night in Erligheim with the door locked, and your key is lost or stolen? We open the door via the cylinder and fit a new one tonight. Fixed price 228 € plus material.
Does it have to be tonight?
If the key was stolen or lost with an address, we advise it. If it’s just inside, the opening for 179 € is enough. We discuss this on the phone.
Public holiday in Erligheim
On public holidays, a DIY store won’t help you. Typical in Erligheim are houses on the edge of the village and older houses near the old wine press. We have the material with us. At night it is dark between the vineyards. A light at the door helps us find you.
Fixed price
228 € plus material is the full price. No surcharge. Security cylinder typically 25–70 € more.

Quiet and clean
At night we work as quietly as possible. We only drill if it’s needed and after you say yes.
228 € explained
179 € for opening the locked door at night, 49 € for fitting the new cylinder. Plus material, typically 25–50 € for a standard one.
Special cylinders
We don’t always carry special lengths or profiles. Then we open tonight and change the cylinder Mon–Fri. We tell you this on the phone.
Police if stolen
Report the theft to the police. You need the case number for your insurance and your bank.
At night with children
If children are with you, wait in the car or with neighbours. Tell us that children are with you. If there is danger, always call 112.
Security cylinder at night
Security cylinders with a card often have to be ordered. At night we then fit a standard cylinder; you can have the security cylinder fitted later.
Report the theft
If the key was stolen, inform the police. You will need the case number later for your insurance and bank.
After the night
On the next day, Mon–Fri, you can have extra keys cut and inform your landlord if the cylinder belongs to the flat. Keep the invoice.
Police and bank
If your wallet was stolen along with the key, block your cards via the card blocking hotline 116 116 and report the theft.
What to watch out for
Ask for the total amount: with us 228 € plus material, stated before fitting.
Be prepared
A spare key with someone you trust, no address on the key ring.
