Fixed price, no VAT charged · nights, weekends and public holidays · for Pleidelsheim
After a late shift or a party, it’s easy to end up stuck outside your own door in Pleidelsheim. If it has only slammed shut, the opening costs 149 € at night and at weekends, travel included.
Waiting safely at night
Find a bright, safe place: the stairwell, a neighbour, your car. Keep your phone on. Tell us whether you only pulled the door closed or locked it.
At night in Pleidelsheim
Pleidelsheim is on the Neckar at the A81 junction between Freiberg, Ingersheim and Benningen. Typical there are estate houses near the motorway and older houses towards the river bank. At night, an open stairwell or a light at the door helps us find you. Tell us whether you live more on the motorway side or by the river bank.
Why 149 €
At night and at weekends there is a separate fixed price. Nothing is added on top. If you can wait until the daytime price applies again from 8 am Mon–Fri (not on a public holiday), you pay 99 €; it’s your decision.

Opening quietly
At night we work as quietly as possible, so the neighbours aren’t woken up. With slammed doors we don’t need any drilling tools for this.
Public holidays in Baden-Württemberg
Besides Christmas, Easter and Whitsun, public holidays in Baden-Württemberg also include Epiphany (Heilige Drei Könige), Corpus Christi (Fronleichnam) and All Saints’ Day (Allerheiligen). On these days the night price of 149 € applies all day.
When the night rate starts
From Monday to Friday, the night rate starts at 6 pm and ends at 8 am. If you call shortly before 6 pm, we tell you clearly beforehand which price applies.
ID at night too
At night we check just as carefully as during the day that you live there. This protects you from strangers pretending to be residents.
Checklist for the night
A safe place to wait? Phone charged? Only pulled shut? Key inside? Then it is 149 €, and we set off as soon as you say yes.
Common mistakes at night
Climbing over a balcony or through a window. Calling a company from an advert without agreeing the price. Waiting alone on a dark street.
The next day
Leave a spare key with neighbours or family. If your key is lost, you can have the cylinder changed during the day at the daytime price.
