129 €
Fixed price, no VAT charged · daytime Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm · for Pleidelsheim
A locked door is harder than one that has slammed shut, because the bolt sits in the frame. In Pleidelsheim (74385) we can still usually open such doors without damage, Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm for 129 €.
What to do now
Ask family, your landlord or neighbours for a spare key. If nobody can help, call us. Please don’t drill or lever the cylinder yourself.
Front door and flat door
In Pleidelsheim, both doors are often shut: the front door downstairs and the flat door upstairs. Typical there are estate houses near the motorway and older houses towards the river bank. Tell us which doors are locked. Tell us whether you live more on the motorway side or by the river bank.
What the 129 € cover
Included: travel to Pleidelsheim, damage-free opening of the locked door, ID check. Not included: a new cylinder, multi-point locking, drilling. For these you get a fixed price beforehand.

What happens on site
We look at the door, check the cylinder, open it and look at your ID. If drilling is needed, for example with a security cylinder, we tell you beforehand, with the price.
How the bolt locks
When you lock the door, the key turns the cylinder and the bolt goes deep into the strike plate. It only gives way when the cylinder is turned again. That is exactly where we work.
Bolt instead of latch
When you lock the door, the bolt is thrown and holds the door firmly in the frame. That’s why the method for slammed doors doesn’t work here, and that’s why the opening costs more.
Only for authorised people
We only open doors for residents or people with the right to enter. Show us your ID card or passport, or post with your address, after the opening is fine.
Before you call
Ask your landlord or family about a spare key. Have your address and the name on the doorbell ready.
Common mistakes
Forcing the cylinder round. Drilling yourself. Booking without a price.
After the opening
If your key is lost and had an address on it, a new cylinder is worth it. With the door open, a change costs 89 € during the day.
