Lockout service for basements – Gemmrigheim

Whether it is a cellar door in a block of flats or a storage unit with a padlock in Gemmrigheim: we come to you as a mobile service and open it, without damage wherever possible.

Is it the door to the cellar corridor or your own storage unit? Is there a cylinder or a padlock? Is the cellar part of the building’s master key system? With this information we can tell you the price.

Cellar doors vary a lot, from a wooden slatted partition to a steel door. In Gemmrigheim you typically find houses in the lower lanes by the river and new builds up on the slope. Tell us whether you live down by the Neckar or up in the new housing area.

Standard cellar door with a cylinder: 99 € or 149 € slammed shut, 129 € or 179 € locked. Everything else: fixed price by phone in advance.

Thursday, 11 am, locked: 129 €. Sunday, 12 pm, locked: 179 €. Thursday, 11 am, door slammed shut: 99 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We look at the door and the lock, open it without damage if possible, and check with you that you are entitled to have it opened. With padlocks, cutting them open is sometimes the simplest way; we tell you that in advance.

Cellar doors to the stairwell are often fire doors that close by themselves. They must not be kept open permanently. If you often need to go to the cellar, always take your key with you.

For your basement storage unit, your ID card or passport together with your tenancy agreement or the name on the unit is usually enough. If anything is unclear, we ask the property management.

Shared cellar door or your own storage unit? Cylinder or padlock? Does the caretaker or the property management have a key? Is there something urgent in the cellar, such as medication or tools for water damage? With this information we plan the appointment and the price.

We only open other people’s storage units with proof of entitlement. Have your tenancy agreement or other proof ready.

Buy a new padlock and keep a second key in your flat. For shared doors, let the property management know.
