An older person in Gemmrigheim has locked themselves out, or your mother can’t get back into her flat? We open the door calmly and without damage. We tell you the price on the phone, so there are no surprises.

If someone inside the flat does not respond, has fallen or is calling for help, dial 112 straight away. In emergencies the fire brigade opens the door itself. We are there for cases where nobody is in danger.

Gemmrigheim is on the Neckar between Besigheim and Kirchheim, with vineyards above the river. Typical buildings there are houses in the lower lanes by the river and new builds up on the slope. We ask to see an ID card or post with the address, so we are sure we are opening the right door. Tell us whether you live down by the Neckar or up in the new housing area.

If a care service comes regularly, a key safe on the wall is a help. With a home emergency call service (Hausnotruf) you can often leave a key. Both save valuable time in an emergency.

Sadly, there are dubious firms that put older people under pressure at the door. Always ask for the total price before any work starts. Do not let anyone talk you into extra work. With us, the price we give you on the phone is the price that applies.

If the person is standing outside in winter or important medication is in the flat, tell us. Ask neighbours to bring the person inside until we arrive.
