Emergency locksmith for a lost key – Erdmannhausen

No key, door shut: in Erdmannhausen we open flat and front doors at a fixed price. What matters for the price: has the door just slammed shut (zugefallen), or is it locked (abgeschlossen)?

Ask whether anyone has a spare key, such as family or your landlord. If not, give us a call. Tell us whether the door just fell shut or whether it was locked.

Erdmannhausen is east of Marbach on the road towards Backnang. Typical buildings there are detached houses in the newer housing areas and older houses around the church. We always try a non-destructive opening first; only if that doesn’t work do we tell you beforehand what else is needed. In the new housing areas, the name of the area or a cross street helps.

Slammed shut 99 € Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm, otherwise 149 €. Locked 129 € or 179 €. With a new cylinder: 148 € / 198 € or 178 € / 228 €, plus material.

Monday, 11 am, slammed shut, opening only: 99 €. Monday, 11 am, locked, opening and new cylinder: 178 € plus material. Saturday, 8 am, slammed shut, opening and new cylinder: 198 € plus material. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We check the door and lock, open it without damage and check with you that you live there. Then you decide whether the cylinder should be changed.

We open the door so that the door, frame and cylinder stay intact. This works with most standard doors. Only with special cylinders or damaged locks may drilling be necessary; we tell you in advance, with the price, and you decide.

We only open the door if you live there or are authorised. Show your ID card or passport or, after opening, post with your address from inside the flat. This protects you from someone else having your door opened.

Trying it yourself with a card or wire and damaging the frame. Booking the first company you find without a fixed price. Forgetting whether the door was locked.

Find your second key and carry it from now on. Have a new spare key cut. If your address was on the lost key: change the cylinder.
