Waiting safely

At night in Erdmannhausen
Erdmannhausen is east of Marbach on the road towards Backnang. Typical there are detached houses in the newer housing areas and older houses around the church. We carry common cylinders at night too. In the new housing areas, the name of the area or a cross street helps.
No night surcharge on top
198 € is the fixed package price. The 49 € in it are for fitting, not a night surcharge. Only the material is added.
Worked examples for Erdmannhausen
Friday, 2:30 pm, daytime, with cylinder: 148 € plus material. Friday, 6:30 am, slammed shut, new cylinder: 198 € plus material. For comparison: night, opening only: 149 €. Sunday, 11 am, slammed shut, new cylinder: 198 € plus material. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.
After midnight
Even late at night: price first, then the work. You decide before fitting whether you want a standard or security cylinder.
Material at night
We carry cylinders in common lengths. For security cylinders with a card or special lengths, a second appointment may be needed; we tell you the price for it in advance.
Why change it tonight
If the key was lost with your address, the first night is the least safe. A new cylinder ends the risk straight away.
Rented flat
Please keep the old cylinder; it usually belongs to the landlord.
Tell your neighbours
If the key was lost in the building or nearby, let your neighbours know. Whoever finds it can then return it.
Alternative
If there is no risk, the opening for 149 € is enough tonight. You can have the cylinder changed later with the door open: 89 € Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm, standard cylinder included.
Common mistakes
Only having the door opened at night, although the key was lost with an address. Not asking for the material price beforehand.
The next day
Have more keys copied from the new original. Leave a spare key with someone you trust.
