149 €
Fixed price, no VAT charged · nights, weekends and public holidays · for Erdmannhausen
After a late shift or a party, it’s easy to end up stuck outside your own door in Erdmannhausen. If it has only slammed shut, the opening costs 149 € at night and at weekends, travel included.
Neighbours first, then us
Many people are asleep at night, but a neighbour with a spare key is still the cheapest way. If that doesn’t work, call us.
At the weekend in Erdmannhausen
At weekends, property management companies usually can’t be reached. For a door that has slammed shut, we don’t need the property management. Typical in Erdmannhausen are detached houses in the newer housing areas and older houses around the church. In the new housing areas, the name of the area or a cross street helps.
Why 149 €
At night and at weekends there is a separate fixed price. Nothing is added on top. If you can wait until the daytime price applies again from 8 am Mon–Fri (not on a public holiday), you pay 99 €; it’s your decision.

Opening quietly
At night we work as quietly as possible, so the neighbours aren’t woken up. With slammed doors we don’t need any drilling tools for this.
Why a different price applies at night
At night, at weekends and on public holidays we work outside normal hours. There is a separate fixed price for this. The work on the door is the same as during the day: opening via the latch, without damage.
When the night rate starts
From Monday to Friday, the night rate starts at 6 pm and ends at 8 am. If you call shortly before 6 pm, we tell you clearly beforehand which price applies.
Spotting a reputable service
A reputable emergency service tells you the total price on the phone. Ask questions if you are only given prices that start with “from”.
Checklist for the night
A safe place to wait? Phone charged? Only pulled shut? Key inside? Then it is 149 €, and we set off as soon as you say yes.
What to watch out for
149 € is the final price for a door that has slammed shut at night. If someone turns up and wants much more, although nothing else is needed, ask for the reason.
The next day
Leave a spare key with neighbours or family. If your key is lost, you can have the cylinder changed during the day at the daytime price.
