If someone inside the flat does not respond, has fallen or is calling for help, dial 112 straight away. In emergencies the fire brigade opens the door itself. We are there for cases where nobody is in danger.

We tell you the price before we set off and we stick to it. Typical buildings in Freiberg am Neckar are houses in the three old village centres and commuter estates near the railway and the B27. Tell us whether it is Beihingen, Heutingsheim or Geisingen; the house number alone is often not enough.

If a care service comes regularly, a key safe on the wall is a help. With a home emergency call service (Hausnotruf) you can often leave a key. Both save valuable time in an emergency.

Sadly, there are dubious firms that put older people under pressure at the door. Always ask for the total price before any work starts. Do not let anyone talk you into extra work. With us, the price we give you on the phone is the price that applies.

The person’s name and address, a phone number on site, slammed shut or locked, any health problems, who is waiting at the door. In danger: 112. Otherwise call us, and we tell you the price.

A spare key with neighbours or relatives helps most.

Write the phone numbers of your relatives and of the locksmith on a note in your purse or wallet. If you have a home emergency alarm, ask the provider about leaving a key with them.
