99 €
Fixed price, no VAT charged · daytime Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm · for Freiberg am Neckar
You just took the rubbish out, and the door in Freiberg am Neckar has already clicked shut. If only the latch has caught, we open it without damage. Mon–Fri between 8 am and 6 pm you pay 99 € for this, with no surcharge.
What to do now
Look for a spare key with neighbours or family. If there isn’t one, call us and give us the street, house number and floor. Don’t try to push the latch back with a card; this often damages the frame and the seal.
During the day in Freiberg am Neckar
During the day from Monday to Friday, many neighbours are at work, so a spare key is hard to get. Typical in Freiberg am Neckar are houses in the three old village centres and commuter estates near the railway and the B27. For a door that has slammed shut, that’s no problem. Tell us whether it is Beihingen, Heutingsheim or Geisingen; the house number alone is often not enough.
What the 99 € cover
Included: travel to Freiberg am Neckar, damage-free opening of the slammed door, a check that you live there. Not included: a new cylinder, multi-point locking or drilling. For anything extra, we give you a fixed price beforehand.

How we open the door
We push the latch back with a flat special tool, without touching the cylinder. On most doors this only takes a short time. Afterwards you show us your ID card or passport, or post with your address.
Doors with a fixed knob
Many flat doors have a fixed knob on the outside instead of a handle. They slam shut very easily, for example in a draught. For the opening this makes no difference; the price stays 99 € during the day.
Why the latch is enough
The latch is the angled bolt that clicks into place when you pull the door closed. It keeps the door shut, but it doesn’t lock it. That’s why a slammed door is easier to open than a locked one, and that’s why the price is lower.
Only for residents
We only open doors for people who live there or who have the right to enter. If your ID is inside, show it to us after the opening. This protects you too.
Before you call
Spare key with a neighbour? Can you reach your landlord? If not, have your address, floor and the name on the doorbell ready.
What to watch out for
Ask every company: what does it cost in total? With us, you hear 99 € on the phone if the door has only slammed shut during the day from Monday to Friday.
After the opening
Check that your keys and phone are in your pocket before you pull the door closed next time. A spare key with people you trust saves money.
