Fixed price, no VAT charged · daytime Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm · for Walheim
A locked door is harder than one that has slammed shut, because the bolt sits in the frame. In Walheim (74399) we can still usually open such doors without damage, Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm for 129 €.
What to do now
Ask family, your landlord or neighbours for a spare key. If nobody can help, call us. Please don’t drill or lever the cylinder yourself.
Front door and flat door
In Walheim, both doors are often shut: the front door downstairs and the flat door upstairs. Typical there are houses on the narrow through road and on the slope up to the vineyards. Tell us which doors are locked. There is little space to stop in front of many houses. Tell us where it is possible.

How we open the door
We open the door via the cylinder with special tools. In most cases the cylinder stays intact and can still be used. Afterwards we check with you that everything locks properly.
Multi-point locking
Some doors also lock at the top and bottom. You can see this from several bolts on the edge of the door. These doors are not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.
Bolt instead of latch
When you lock the door, the bolt is thrown and holds the door firmly in the frame. That’s why the method for slammed doors doesn’t work here, and that’s why the opening costs more.
Rented flat
If the cylinder stays intact, your landlord doesn’t need to be involved. If it has to be replaced, the old one usually belongs to the landlord; keep it safe.
Checklist
Definitely locked? Key inside or lost? Security cylinder fitted? Multi-point locking? With these answers we give you the price: usually 129 € during the day.
What to watch out for
Ask beforehand whether the cylinder will stay intact. We tell you honestly if drilling might be needed.
For the future
A spare key with someone you trust is cheaper than any door opening.
