Emergency locksmith for older people – 74399

For older people in Walheim, it matters that nobody puts pressure on them at the door. With us you get the price first, an explanation of every step and an invoice.

Call us with the name and address. Tell us whether the person is waiting outside and whether the door has slammed shut or is locked. Ask a neighbour to stay with the person.

We tell you the price before we set off and we stick to it. Typical buildings in Walheim are houses on the narrow through road and on the slope up to the vineyards. There is little space to stop in front of many houses. Tell us where it is possible.

If a care service comes regularly, a key safe on the wall is a help. With a home emergency call service (Hausnotruf) you can often leave a key. Both save valuable time in an emergency.

Sadly, there are dubious firms that put older people under pressure at the door. Always ask for the total price before any work starts. Do not let anyone talk you into extra work. With us, the price we give you on the phone is the price that applies.

The person’s name and address, a phone number on site, slammed shut or locked, any health problems, who is waiting at the door. In danger: 112. Otherwise call us, and we tell you the price.

Don’t let anyone talk you into work you didn’t order. Always ask for the total price first. Don’t sign anything you don’t understand.

A spare key with neighbours or relatives helps next time. A key safe on the wall is an option if carers visit.
