99 €
Fixed price, no VAT charged · daytime Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm · for Walheim
Your door in Walheim has slammed shut (zugefallen), your key is inside, and it’s Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm? Then a door opening with ikeytz costs 99 €, travel within the service area included. We confirm the price on the phone before we set off.
What to do now
Look for a spare key with neighbours or family. If there isn’t one, call us and give us the street, house number and floor. Don’t try to push the latch back with a card; this often damages the frame and the seal.
Door slammed shut in Walheim
Walheim is on the Enz and Neckar between Besigheim, Kirchheim and Gemmrigheim. Typical there are houses on the narrow through road and on the slope up to the vineyards. With a flat door that has slammed shut, we work on the latch, not on the cylinder. There is little space to stop in front of many houses. Tell us where it is possible.
What the 99 € cover
Included: travel to Walheim, damage-free opening of the slammed door, a check that you live there. Not included: a new cylinder, multi-point locking or drilling. For anything extra, we give you a fixed price beforehand.

What happens on site
We arrive, look at the door, confirm that it has only slammed shut, and open it. If it turns out the door was locked after all, we tell you before we carry on and give you the right price.
Doors with a fixed knob
Many flat doors have a fixed knob on the outside instead of a handle. They slam shut very easily, for example in a draught. For the opening this makes no difference; the price stays 99 € during the day.
Why the latch is enough
The latch is the angled bolt that clicks into place when you pull the door closed. It keeps the door shut, but it doesn’t lock it. That’s why a slammed door is easier to open than a locked one, and that’s why the price is lower.
Rented flat
A door that has slammed shut usually isn’t damaged, so your landlord doesn’t need to be involved. You pay the price yourself unless something else has been agreed.
Checklist
Only pulled shut? Key inside or lost? Children, pets or a hob switched on in the flat? Mon–Fri between 8 am and 6 pm? Then you already know the price: 99 €.
Common mistakes
Trying with a credit card or wire and ruining the seal. Climbing in through a window from the balcony. Booking a company that won’t give you a total price.
After the opening
Check that your keys and phone are in your pocket before you pull the door closed next time. A spare key with people you trust saves money.
