Locked + cylinder, postcode 74399, Mon–Fri 08–18
Postcode 74399 (Walheim): door locked, opening and new cylinder in one visit during the day. Fixed price 178 €, material extra, one trip only.
178 €
Fixed price, no VAT charged · material extra · daytime Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm · Walheim
If your key is lost, a new cylinder makes sense anyway. In Walheim we open the locked door and change the cylinder at the same time: 178 € during the day, plus material.
Locked and lost?
If you locked the door when you left, the bolt is thrown. If the key is lost, a new cylinder makes sense. If it’s inside, the opening for 129 € is enough.
During the day in Walheim
During the day from Monday to Friday there is time to choose the right cylinder without rushing. Typical in Walheim are houses on the narrow through road and on the slope up to the vineyards. There is little space to stop in front of many houses. Tell us where it is possible.
What’s included
Travel to Walheim, opening of the locked door, fitting, test locking. Extra: material; security cylinder typically 25–70 € more. Drilling or multi-point locking: price beforehand.
Worked examples for Walheim
For comparison: opening only: 129 €. Friday, 2:30 pm, locked, new cylinder: 178 € plus material. Friday, 5 pm, locked, security cylinder: 178 € plus material and typically 25–70 € extra. Friday, 6:30 am, night, with cylinder: 228 € plus material. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.
If drilling is needed
With some security cylinders, it only works with drilling. Then the cylinder is replaced anyway. We tell you beforehand.
Cylinder after the opening
With locked doors we work on the cylinder. It usually stays intact. But if the key is lost, we change it anyway so the old key no longer fits.
Bolt and cylinder
The bolt is moved by the cylinder. That’s why a locked door takes more work than a slammed one, and that’s why the price is higher.
Rented flat
The old cylinder usually belongs to the landlord, please keep it. With master key systems, ask the property management first.
Key stolen?
If the key was stolen, report the theft to the police. The new cylinder makes the stolen key worthless. Our invoice and the police case number help with your insurance.
Several residents
If several people live in the flat, they all need new keys. Count beforehand how many you need.
Before the appointment
If you know a security cylinder is fitted, tell us. Then we plan the time and material correctly.
What to watch out for
Ask for the material price before fitting. We tell you before we fit it.
After the change
Only give new keys to people who need them. Collect the old keys.
