Emergency locksmith: cooker on / danger in the flat – 74399

Danger in the flat in Walheim: first decide whether it is an emergency. Smoke, fire, gas: 112. No signs, but you are worried: we open the door so you can check for yourself.

The fire brigade is there for danger and opens the door itself. We are no replacement for the fire brigade. If there are signs of danger such as smoke, gas or an alarm, always call 112.

We come to Walheim, about 15.7 km as the crow flies from the ikeytz office in Adalbert-Stifter-Straße. We tell you the arrival time first. If signs of danger appear, call 112. There is little space to stop in front of many houses. Tell us where it is possible.

Slammed shut 99 € or 149 €, locked 129 € or 179 €, depending on the time. We tell you the amount on the phone.

Wednesday, 11 am, locked: 129 €. Sunday, 12 pm, locked: 179 €. Wednesday, 11 am, door slammed shut: 99 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Arrive, open, you check the flat. If there is smoke when the door opens: get out straight away and call 112.

We open without damage so that the door closes again afterwards. If there is a smell of smoke when we open it after all, we close the door again and you call 112. Your safety comes first.

If you smell smoke or gas in the stairwell, warn your neighbours without using doorbells or light switches. Leave the building and call 112 from outside.

Ask the neighbours whether they can smell or hear anything. They are often closer to the kitchen than you are in the stairwell. A spare key with a neighbour is the quickest solution here.

Ringing the doorbell or switching on a light when you smell gas. Going alone into a smoke-filled flat. Thinking it over too long instead of calling 112.

Switch off the cooker and other appliances, and air the flat if nothing dangerous is there. If food has burnt and there is smoke: open the windows, close the door, check the smoke alarm.
