149 €
Fixed price, no VAT charged · nights, weekends and public holidays · for Walheim
Late at night in Walheim in front of a door that has slammed shut? From 6 pm, at weekends and on public holidays, the opening costs 149 €. That’s the full price, not a surcharge on top of the daytime price.
Neighbours first, then us
Many people are asleep at night, but a neighbour with a spare key is still the cheapest way. If that doesn’t work, call us.
Night call-out to Walheim (74399)
We come to Walheim at night too, about 15.7 km as the crow flies from the ikeytz office in Adalbert-Stifter-Straße. We tell you honestly on the phone when we’ll be there. There is little space to stop in front of many houses. Tell us where it is possible.
Why 149 €
At night and at weekends there is a separate fixed price. Nothing is added on top. If you can wait until the daytime price applies again from 8 am Mon–Fri (not on a public holiday), you pay 99 €; it’s your decision.
Worked examples for Walheim
Saturday, 8 am, slammed shut: 149 €. Sunday, 11 am, slammed shut: 149 €. For comparison: Friday, 2:30 pm, slammed shut: 99 €. Friday, 10 pm, slammed shut: 149 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.
How it works at night
You call, we confirm the price of 149 €, we travel to you, open the door quietly via the latch and take a quick look at your ID. Then you can go to bed.
Why a different price applies at night
At night, at weekends and on public holidays we work outside normal hours. There is a separate fixed price for this. The work on the door is the same as during the day: opening via the latch, without damage.
When the night rate starts
From Monday to Friday, the night rate starts at 6 pm and ends at 8 am. If you call shortly before 6 pm, we tell you clearly beforehand which price applies.
ID at night too
At night we check just as carefully as during the day that you live there. This protects you from strangers pretending to be residents.
Wait or call?
If you can sleep at a friend’s and need nothing from the flat, you save 50 € by waiting until the day price applies again from 8 am Mon–Fri. If it is cold, or there are children or medication involved, waiting is not worth it.
What to watch out for
149 € is the final price for a door that has slammed shut at night. If someone turns up and wants much more, although nothing else is needed, ask for the reason.
The next day
Leave a spare key with neighbours or family. If your key is lost, you can have the cylinder changed during the day at the daytime price.
