Lockout service for offices – 74395

Office door in Mundelsheim locked, staff standing outside? We come to you as a mobile service, tell you the price in advance and open the door as soon as it is clear who is entitled.

We only open offices for owners, management or people with written authority. Have your ID card or passport ready and, if possible, the tenancy agreement or the business registration (Gewerbeanmeldung).

Mundelsheim lies in a bend of the Neckar below the Käsberg, between Hessigheim and Pleidelsheim. There you typically find houses on narrow hillside streets, often with a second entrance on the valley side. For offices in commercial buildings the main entrance is often locked too; tell us whether we can get into the building. Many hillside streets have no pavement. Tell us where we can stop.

Simple office door with a cylinder: 99 € or 149 € slammed shut, 129 € or 179 € locked. For everything else we tell you a fixed price in advance.

Monday, 2:30 pm, locked: 129 €. Sunday, 12 pm, locked: 179 €. Monday, 7 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We only open once it is clear who is entitled. After that you can start work straight away. Extra work only after you say yes.

Some office doors have a panic function: from the inside they can always be opened, even when locked. From the outside you need a key or a card. Such locks are not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.

Commercial premises are often part of the building’s master key system. A single cylinder change must then be agreed with the landlord. We give you the price for both options beforehand.

Who owns or rents the premises? Who is placing the order? Single door or master key system? Glass door, smoke-protection door or normal wooden door? Can we get into the building? Which company should the invoice be made out to? With this information we tell you the price in advance.

Letting an employee without written authority place the order. With a master key system, only changing your own cylinder without asking the landlord.

Clarify who in the team has which key. A key register helps. If a key is lost: change the cylinder.
