Locked out at night in Mundelsheim, the door only pulled shut, but the key is gone? If the old key shouldn’t fit any more tonight, we open the door and change the cylinder: 198 € plus material.
Tonight or tomorrow?
You can just have the door opened tonight (149 €) and have the cylinder changed later Mon–Fri during the day (89 € with the door open, standard cylinder included). Or everything tonight for 198 € plus material. If there was an address on the key, we advise doing it tonight.
Weekend in Mundelsheim
At weekends, shops selling cylinders are closed. Typical in Mundelsheim are houses on narrow hillside streets, often with a second entrance on the valley side. We bring the material with us. Many hillside streets have no pavement. Tell us where we can stop.

198 € is made up of the night opening (149 €) and the fitting (49 €). The 49 € is not a surcharge but the labour for fitting the cylinder.
Special cylinders at night
We don’t always carry very long cylinders or special profiles. Then we open tonight and change the cylinder on a day from Monday to Friday. We tell you this on the phone.
Rented flat
Please keep the old cylinder; it usually belongs to the landlord.
Tell your neighbours
If the key was lost in the building or nearby, let your neighbours know. Whoever finds it can then return it.
Alternative
If there is no risk, the opening for 149 € is enough tonight. You can have the cylinder changed later with the door open: 89 € Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm, standard cylinder included.
What to watch out for
With us: 198 € plus material, and we tell you the material price before fitting. Ask every company for the total amount.
