Lockout service for offices – 71706

Office in Markgröningen shut, key forgotten, and the client is about to arrive? We open office doors at a fixed price. If the door is built like a flat door, the list price applies; for master key systems we quote a separate fixed price in advance.

Who owns or rents the office? Is it a single door or part of a master key system? Is there multi-point locking or a glass door? With this information we can tell you the price.

We come to Markgröningen, about 10.5 km as the crow flies from the ikeytz office in Adalbert-Stifter-Straße. We tell you the arrival time in advance so you can plan your appointments. With old half-timbered doors, tell us whether there is a modern cylinder or an old rim lock, if you know.

If the door is built like a flat door: slammed shut Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm 99 €, Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 149 €; locked 129 € or 179 € respectively. Master key systems, multi-point locking, glass or smoke-protection doors: fixed price by phone in advance.

Tuesday, 10:30 am, door slammed shut: 99 €. Tuesday, 10:30 am, locked: 129 €. Tuesday, 8:30 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We only open once it is clear who is entitled. After that you can start work straight away. Extra work only after you say yes.

Some office doors have a panic function: from the inside they can always be opened, even when locked. From the outside you need a key or a card. Such locks are not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.

Offices often hold customer or patient data. That is why we only open for the owner, the management or people with written authorisation. If the key is lost, a new cylinder also makes sense from a data protection point of view.

Tell us by when you need to be in the premises. We tell you on the phone when we can expect to be there. If that is too late, rearrange your appointments rather than forcing the door open.

Find out whether the door is part of the building’s master key system. If so, talk to the landlord before a cylinder is changed.

A spare key with the management or in a key safe saves time next time.
