Lockout service for offices – 71732

Office in Tamm shut, key forgotten, and the client is about to arrive? We open office doors at a fixed price. If the door is built like a flat door, the list price applies; for master key systems we quote a separate fixed price in advance.

We only open offices for owners, management or people with written authority. Have your ID card or passport ready and, if possible, the tenancy agreement or the business registration (Gewerbeanmeldung).

Tamm lies between Ludwigsburg and Bietigheim on the high ground, on the S-Bahn and the B27. There you typically find terraced houses and 1970s multi-storey buildings near the S-Bahn stop. For offices in commercial buildings the main entrance is often locked too; tell us whether we can get into the building. With multi-storey buildings, please tell us the entrance and the floor.

Simple office door with a cylinder: 99 € or 149 € slammed shut, 129 € or 179 € locked. For everything else we tell you a fixed price in advance.

Sunday, 3 pm, locked: 179 €. Monday, 4 pm, door slammed shut: 99 €. Monday, 4 pm, locked: 129 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We only open once it is clear who is entitled. After that you can start work straight away. Extra work only after you say yes.

Some office doors have a panic function: from the inside they can always be opened, even when locked. From the outside you need a key or a card. Such locks are not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.

Commercial premises are often part of the building’s master key system. A single cylinder change must then be agreed with the landlord. We give you the price for both options beforehand.

Tell us by when you need to be in the premises. We tell you on the phone when we can expect to be there. If that is too late, rearrange your appointments rather than forcing the door open.

Letting an employee without written authority place the order. With a master key system, only changing your own cylinder without asking the landlord.

Clarify who in the team has which key. A key register helps. If a key is lost: change the cylinder.
