How it works at night
We open via the cylinder, tell you the material price, change the cylinder, test the lock and look at your ID.
When it is worth it
After a theft, or if the key was lost with your address. If the key is just inside, the opening for 179 € is enough.
Special cylinders
We don’t always carry special lengths or profiles. Then we open tonight and change the cylinder Mon–Fri. We tell you this on the phone.
Rented flat
Keep the old cylinder. With a master key system, tell the property management on the next day Mon–Fri.
At night with children
If children are with you, wait in the car or with neighbours. Tell us that children are with you. If there is danger, always call 112.
Security cylinder at night
Security cylinders with a card often have to be ordered. At night we then fit a standard cylinder; you can have the security cylinder fitted later.
Report the theft
If the key was stolen, inform the police. You will need the case number later for your insurance and bank.
After the night
On the next day, Mon–Fri, you can have extra keys cut and inform your landlord if the cylinder belongs to the flat. Keep the invoice.
Police and bank
If your wallet was stolen along with the key, block your cards via the card blocking hotline 116 116 and report the theft.
What to watch out for
Ask for the total amount: with us 228 € plus material, stated before fitting.
Be prepared
A spare key with someone you trust, no address on the key ring.
