149 €
Fixed price, no VAT charged · nights, weekends and public holidays · for Tamm
After a late shift or a party, it’s easy to end up stuck outside your own door in Tamm. If it has only slammed shut, the opening costs 149 € at night and at weekends, travel included.
Neighbours first, then us
Many people are asleep at night, but a neighbour with a spare key is still the cheapest way. If that doesn’t work, call us.
At the weekend in Tamm
At weekends, property management companies usually can’t be reached. For a door that has slammed shut, we don’t need the property management. Typical in Tamm are terraced houses and 1970s multi-storey buildings near the S-Bahn stop. With multi-storey buildings, please tell us the entrance and the floor.
Why 149 €
At night and at weekends there is a separate fixed price. Nothing is added on top. If you can wait until the daytime price applies again from 8 am Mon–Fri (not on a public holiday), you pay 99 €; it’s your decision.
Worked examples for Tamm
Saturday, 12 pm, slammed shut: 149 €. Sunday, 9 am, slammed shut: 149 €. Wednesday, 10 pm, slammed shut: 149 €. For comparison: Wednesday, 11 am, slammed shut: 99 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.
Opening quietly
At night we work as quietly as possible, so the neighbours aren’t woken up. With slammed doors we don’t need any drilling tools for this.
Public holidays in Baden-Württemberg
Besides Christmas, Easter and Whitsun, public holidays in Baden-Württemberg also include Epiphany (Heilige Drei Könige), Corpus Christi (Fronleichnam) and All Saints’ Day (Allerheiligen). On these days the night price of 149 € applies all day.
When the night rate starts
From Monday to Friday, the night rate starts at 6 pm and ends at 8 am. If you call shortly before 6 pm, we tell you clearly beforehand which price applies.
ID at night too
At night we check just as carefully as during the day that you live there. This protects you from strangers pretending to be residents.
Checklist for the night
A safe place to wait? Phone charged? Only pulled shut? Key inside? Then it is 149 €, and we set off as soon as you say yes.
Common mistakes at night
Climbing over a balcony or through a window. Calling a company from an advert without agreeing the price. Waiting alone on a dark street.
The next day
Leave a spare key with neighbours or family. If your key is lost, you can have the cylinder changed during the day at the daytime price.
