Many newer doors lock at several points. If such a door has been attacked, the repair often needs parts from the manufacturer. We secure the door first and then plan the repair with you.

Reporting it to the police is the first step. Photos taken before any repair help with the insurance. In rented flats, tell the landlord, because the door and frame are often their responsibility. We write an invoice listing every item.

Take photos before any repair. Keep the invoice and the police report together. Ask the police about their free advice on burglary protection.

Use the free burglary protection advice from the police. Check your windows and balcony door. Count your keys to see if one is missing.
