Front door or flat door in Vaihingen an der Enz locked, and your key is lost or inside? We work on the cylinder and open the door without damage if the door allows it. During the day this costs 129 €.
What to do now
Ask family, your landlord or neighbours for a spare key. If nobody can help, call us. Please don’t drill or lever the cylinder yourself.
Front door and flat door
In Vaihingen an der Enz, both doors are often shut: the front door downstairs and the flat door upstairs. Typical there are houses in the old-town lanes and in districts such as Ensingen, Gündelbach or Riet. Tell us which doors are locked. Tell us the district. Vaihingen an der Enz is not Stuttgart-Vaihingen.

How we open the door
We open the door via the cylinder with special tools. In most cases the cylinder stays intact and can still be used. Afterwards we check with you that everything locks properly.
Multi-point locking
Some doors also lock at the top and bottom. You can see this from several bolts on the edge of the door. These doors are not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.
Bolt instead of latch
When you lock the door, the bolt is thrown and holds the door firmly in the frame. That’s why the method for slammed doors doesn’t work here, and that’s why the opening costs more.
Only for authorised people
We only open doors for residents or people with the right to enter. Show us your ID card or passport, or post with your address, after the opening is fine.
Before you call
Ask your landlord or family about a spare key. Have your address and the name on the doorbell ready.
What to watch out for
Ask beforehand whether the cylinder will stay intact. We tell you honestly if drilling might be needed.
After the opening
If your key is lost and had an address on it, a new cylinder is worth it. With the door open, a change costs 89 € during the day.
