How it works at night
We confirm the price, travel to you, open the door via the cylinder and look at your ID. If drilling were needed, we tell you beforehand.
Locked at night
Many people lock the door in the evening, out of habit or for safety. If you then go out without the key, you are standing in front of a locked door. The opening is the same as during the day, just at the night price of 179 €.
Key turned on the inside
If someone locked the door from the inside and left the key in the lock, the opening is harder. Tell us, and we’ll bring the right tools.
ID at night too
At night we check just like during the day that you live there. If your ID is inside, show it to us after the opening.
Front door and flat door at night
At night, the front door of a block of flats is often locked too. Tell us so we can plan for both doors and give you the price in advance.
If children are with you
If you are locked out at night with children, tell us. Wait in the car or with neighbours, not outside.
Common mistakes
Drilling the cylinder yourself at night. Climbing over the balcony. Only wanting to find out the price on site.
The next day
If your key is lost, the cylinder can be changed Mon–Fri between 8 am and 6 pm at the daytime price: 89 € with the door open.
