Lockout service for offices – 71640

Office door in Oßweil locked, staff standing outside? We come to you as a mobile service, tell you the price in advance and open the door as soon as it is clear who is entitled.

Who owns or rents the office? Is it a single door or part of a master key system? Is there multi-point locking or a glass door? With this information we can tell you the price.

Office doors range from a simple wooden door to a system with a chip. In Oßweil you typically find detached houses with a garden gate, estate houses from the 50s and 60s and older farmhouses in the old centre. Tell us the street and whether the door of the house or a garden gate in front of it is locked.

If the door is built like a flat door: slammed shut Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm 99 €, Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 149 €; locked 129 € or 179 € respectively. Master key systems, multi-point locking, glass or smoke-protection doors: fixed price by phone in advance.

Friday, 1 pm, door slammed shut: 99 €. Friday, 1 pm, locked: 129 €. Friday, 6:30 am, door slammed shut: 149 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Check entitlement, look at the door, open it without damage. If needed, change the cylinder in the same trip, price in advance. Invoice made out to the company.

Some office doors have a panic function: from the inside they can always be opened, even when locked. From the outside you need a key or a card. Such locks are not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.

Commercial premises are often part of the building’s master key system. A single cylinder change must then be agreed with the landlord. We give you the price for both options beforehand.

Tell us by when you need to be in the premises. We tell you on the phone when we can expect to be there. If that is too late, rearrange your appointments rather than forcing the door open.

Find out whether the door is part of the building’s master key system. If so, talk to the landlord before a cylinder is changed.

A spare key with the management or in a key safe saves time next time.
