Emergency locksmith for older people – Oßweil

An older person in Oßweil has locked themselves out, or your mother can’t get back into her flat? We open the door calmly and without damage. We tell you the price on the phone, so there are no surprises.

Call us with the name and address. Tell us whether the person is waiting outside and whether the door has slammed shut or is locked. Ask a neighbour to stay with the person.

Oßweil is north-east of central Ludwigsburg, already close to the fields towards Neckarweihingen and Poppenweiler. Typical buildings there are detached houses with a garden gate, estate houses from the 50s and 60s and older farmhouses in the old centre. We ask to see an ID card or post with the address, so we are sure we are opening the right door. Tell us the street and whether the door of the house or a garden gate in front of it is locked.

Door opening, door slammed shut: Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm 99 €, Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 149 €. Locked: 129 € or 179 €. No surcharge for older people, no call-out fee within the service area.

Sunday, 3 pm, locked: 179 €. Tuesday, 8:30 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. Tuesday, 1 pm, door slammed shut: 99 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We explain beforehand what we will do. Then we open the door without damage. Afterwards we quickly check that the key and lock are fine, and we give you an invoice.

If a care service comes regularly, a key safe on the wall is a help. With a home emergency call service (Hausnotruf) you can often leave a key. Both save valuable time in an emergency.

Sadly, there are dubious firms that put older people under pressure at the door. Always ask for the total price before any work starts. Do not let anyone talk you into extra work. With us, the price we give you on the phone is the price that applies.

If the person is standing outside in winter or important medication is in the flat, tell us. Ask neighbours to bring the person inside until we arrive.

Don’t let anyone talk you into work you didn’t order. Always ask for the total price first. Don’t sign anything you don’t understand.

A spare key with neighbours or relatives helps next time. A key safe on the wall is an option if carers visit.
