We come to Oßweil, about 1.8 km as the crow flies from the ikeytz office in Adalbert-Stifter-Straße. We give you an honest arrival time on the phone. Have your ID card or passport ready, or tell us how you can show that you live there. Tell us the street and whether the door of the house or a garden gate in front of it is locked.

Slammed shut 99 € Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm, otherwise 149 €. Locked 129 € or 179 €. With a new cylinder: 148 € / 198 € or 178 € / 228 €, plus material.

Monday, 11 am, locked, opening and new cylinder: 178 € plus material. Monday, 11 am, slammed shut, opening only: 99 €. Monday, 7 pm, locked, opening and new cylinder: 228 € plus material. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We check the door and lock, open it without damage and check with you that you live there. Then you decide whether the cylinder should be changed.

We open the door so that the door, frame and cylinder stay intact. This works with most standard doors. Only with special cylinders or damaged locks may drilling be necessary; we tell you in advance, with the price, and you decide.

We only open the door if you live there or are authorised. Show your ID card or passport or, after opening, post with your address from inside the flat. This protects you from someone else having your door opened.

Leave a spare key with someone you trust, without an address tag. To avoid a door slamming shut on you, take a second to think about your key as you leave.

A spare key with family, friends or neighbours saves time and money. Never put your address on your key ring.
