179 €
Fixed price, no VAT charged · nights, weekends and public holidays · for Oßweil
If you locked the door in the evening and then find yourself outside without a key, you need more than a trick on the latch. In Oßweil we open locked doors at night too, at a fixed price of 179 €.
Waiting safely
Don’t wait alone on a dark street at night. Ask neighbours for help or wait in your car. Keep your phone on.
Public holiday in Oßweil
On public holidays, landlords and property management can hardly be reached. Typical in Oßweil are detached houses with a garden gate, estate houses from the 50s and 60s and older farmhouses in the old centre. We still open the door at a fixed price. Tell us the street and whether the door of the house or a garden gate in front of it is locked.
Fixed, not roughly
179 € is the final price for a locked door at night. If you can wait until 8 am on the next day Mon–Fri, you pay 129 €.
Worked examples for Oßweil
Saturday, 12 pm, locked: 179 €. Public holiday, 5 pm, locked: 179 €. For comparison: Tuesday, 10:30 am, locked, daytime: 129 €. Tuesday, 10 pm, locked: 179 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.
No noise at night
We open via the cylinder, not by force. This is quieter and protects the door.
When the night price starts
Mon–Fri the night price applies from 6 pm to 8 am, and all day on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Key turned on the inside
If someone locked the door from the inside and left the key in the lock, the opening is harder. Tell us, and we’ll bring the right tools.
ID at night too
At night we check just like during the day that you live there. If your ID is inside, show it to us after the opening.
Spare key at night
A spare key with neighbours only helps at night if you are allowed to ring their bell. Agree with them in advance whether that is OK in an emergency.
Checklist for the night
A safe place to wait? Locked or only slammed shut? Key lost? Security cylinder? Then we tell you 179 € or the right other price.
What to watch out for
If someone on site asks for much more than the price given on the phone, although nothing else is needed, ask them to explain why.
The next day
If your key is lost, the cylinder can be changed Mon–Fri between 8 am and 6 pm at the daytime price: 89 € with the door open.
