Waiting safely at night
Find a bright, safe place: the stairwell, a neighbour, your car. Keep your phone on. Tell us whether you only pulled the door closed or locked it.
At night in Oßweil
Oßweil is north-east of central Ludwigsburg, already close to the fields towards Neckarweihingen and Poppenweiler. Typical there are detached houses with a garden gate, estate houses from the 50s and 60s and older farmhouses in the old centre. At night, an open stairwell or a light at the door helps us find you. Tell us the street and whether the door of the house or a garden gate in front of it is locked.

Opening quietly
At night we work as quietly as possible, so the neighbours aren’t woken up. With slammed doors we don’t need any drilling tools for this.
Public holidays in Baden-Württemberg
Besides Christmas, Easter and Whitsun, public holidays in Baden-Württemberg also include Epiphany (Heilige Drei Könige), Corpus Christi (Fronleichnam) and All Saints’ Day (Allerheiligen). On these days the night price of 149 € applies all day.
Public holidays count like Sundays
Public holidays in Baden-Württemberg count as night for the whole day, as do Saturdays and Sundays. A bridge day (Brückentag) from Monday to Friday, on the other hand, is a normal day with the daytime price.
ID at night too
At night we check just as carefully as during the day that you live there. This protects you from strangers pretending to be residents.
Wait or call?
If you can sleep at a friend’s and need nothing from the flat, you save 50 € by waiting until the day price applies again from 8 am Mon–Fri. If it is cold, or there are children or medication involved, waiting is not worth it.
Common mistakes at night
Climbing over a balcony or through a window. Calling a company from an advert without agreeing the price. Waiting alone on a dark street.
For next time
A note on the inside of the door: Keys? Phone? This helps many people who pop out quickly in the evening.
