149 €
Fixed price, no VAT charged · nights, weekends and public holidays · for Oßweil
Saturday evening, Sunday or a public holiday, and your door in Oßweil (71640) is shut? If you only pulled it closed, we open it at the night price of 149 €. You hear the amount on the phone before we set off.
Neighbours first, then us
Many people are asleep at night, but a neighbour with a spare key is still the cheapest way. If that doesn’t work, call us.
At the weekend in Oßweil
At weekends, property management companies usually can’t be reached. For a door that has slammed shut, we don’t need the property management. Typical in Oßweil are detached houses with a garden gate, estate houses from the 50s and 60s and older farmhouses in the old centre. Tell us the street and whether the door of the house or a garden gate in front of it is locked.
Why 149 €
At night and at weekends there is a separate fixed price. Nothing is added on top. If you can wait until the daytime price applies again from 8 am Mon–Fri (not on a public holiday), you pay 99 €; it’s your decision.

You call, we confirm the price of 149 €, we travel to you, open the door quietly via the latch and take a quick look at your ID. Then you can go to bed.
Why a different price applies at night
At night, at weekends and on public holidays we work outside normal hours. There is a separate fixed price for this. The work on the door is the same as during the day: opening via the latch, without damage.
When the night rate starts
From Monday to Friday, the night rate starts at 6 pm and ends at 8 am. If you call shortly before 6 pm, we tell you clearly beforehand which price applies.
Spotting a reputable service
A reputable emergency service tells you the total price on the phone. Ask questions if you are only given prices that start with “from”.
Checklist for the night
A safe place to wait? Phone charged? Only pulled shut? Key inside? Then it is 149 €, and we set off as soon as you say yes.
What to watch out for
149 € is the final price for a door that has slammed shut at night. If someone turns up and wants much more, although nothing else is needed, ask for the reason.
The next day
Leave a spare key with neighbours or family. If your key is lost, you can have the cylinder changed during the day at the daytime price.
