Whether it is a cellar door in a block of flats or a storage unit with a padlock in Oßweil: we come to you as a mobile service and open it, without damage wherever possible.

Does the caretaker or the property management have a key for the shared cellar door? That is often quicker. Your own storage unit is your own responsibility.

Oßweil lies north-east of central Ludwigsburg, already close to the fields towards Neckarweihingen and Poppenweiler. There you typically find detached houses with a garden gate, estate houses from the 50s and 60s and older farmhouses in the old centre. Cellars in blocks of flats often have one shared door and individual storage units. Tell us the street and whether the door of the house or a garden gate in front of it is locked.

Many cellar doors have a mortice lock with a euro profile cylinder like a flat door, often with a fixed knob outside and a handle inside. Others are steel fire doors, and others are just slatted partitions with a padlock. Only the first type has a list price; for the others we tell you a fixed price in advance.

For your basement storage unit, your ID card or passport together with your tenancy agreement or the name on the unit is usually enough. If anything is unclear, we ask the property management.
