Fixed price, no VAT charged · daytime Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm · for Oßweil
Your door in Oßweil has slammed shut (zugefallen), your key is inside, and it’s Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm? Then a door opening with ikeytz costs 99 €, travel within the service area included. We confirm the price on the phone before we set off.
Slammed shut or locked?
Did you turn the key when you left? Then the door is locked, and a different price applies. If you only pulled it closed, just the angled latch sits in the strike plate. Tell us which applies; if you don’t know, we’ll work it out together.
Door slammed shut in Oßweil
Oßweil is north-east of central Ludwigsburg, already close to the fields towards Neckarweihingen and Poppenweiler. Typical there are detached houses with a garden gate, estate houses from the 50s and 60s and older farmhouses in the old centre. With a flat door that has slammed shut, we work on the latch, not on the cylinder. Tell us the street and whether the door of the house or a garden gate in front of it is locked.

How we open the door
We push the latch back with a flat special tool, without touching the cylinder. On most doors this only takes a short time. Afterwards you show us your ID card or passport, or post with your address.
Doors with a fixed knob
Many flat doors have a fixed knob on the outside instead of a handle. They slam shut very easily, for example in a draught. For the opening this makes no difference; the price stays 99 € during the day.
If the key is in the lock inside
If the key is in the lock on the inside, this usually doesn’t matter with a slammed door, because we work on the latch. Please tell us anyway, so we bring the right tools.
Rented flat
A door that has slammed shut usually isn’t damaged, so your landlord doesn’t need to be involved. You pay the price yourself unless something else has been agreed.
Checklist
Only pulled shut? Key inside or lost? Children, pets or a hob switched on in the flat? Mon–Fri between 8 am and 6 pm? Then you already know the price: 99 €.
Common mistakes
Trying with a credit card or wire and ruining the seal. Climbing in through a window from the balcony. Booking a company that won’t give you a total price.
After the opening
Check that your keys and phone are in your pocket before you pull the door closed next time. A spare key with people you trust saves money.
